• We do not charge sales tax except on orders shipped to UT, which are subject to a 6.6% sales tax.
• Once we receive your order, we work diligently to ship it as quickly as possible. Our goal is for orders to go out the same day they are received, however, we cannot guarantee same day shipping.
• Very rarely, we must back order items. If this becomes necessary we will notify you via email with an approximate shipping date.
• We do not ship orders after 2pm(MST) on Saturdays. Orders made after 2pm on Saturdays, will be shipped the following Monday.
• All orders are sent via USPS First-Class Mail®. When your order is shipped you will recieve a conformation email which will include a USPS tracking number. Please allow 1-5 days for delivery for most areas.
